Hey. I also bought the new DLC (Storyteller), download the file and import the data.After the import and installation of the DLC the game need a restart. But when I restart the game the new DLC isn't available. Only the DLC Galactic detour is available. I also download the new version of the Galactic DLC (version 1.1.1) but it still doesn't work. I import the download Storyteller DLC (version 1.0.1) but after installation and restart the only available DLC is the Galactic one.
I got the same problem with The Storyteller dlc. After unpacking, installing and veryfing, I got an errormessage : failed to install DLC. I am playing on win10 and it is the same with running as admin.
On Steam the new DLC Storyteller would be available. When it would be possible to get this new DLC here (I can not buy them on Steam because my country was geoblocking for games with sexual content) :(
which steam key / season pass did you mean? The pass I bought on this side (https://hornynpcgames.itch.io/midnight-ride-season-pass) or did you mean the season pass in the steamstore? (If you mean in the steamstore then I have to tell you I could not buy this pass because of geoblocking from steam).
IF have download the game (Midnught Ride) and the DLC (Galactic Detour) from this side (itch.io). I ask for the new DLC (Storyteller). I only see here on this side the old DLC (I have downloaded - Galactic Detour). There is no link for the new DLC
So I avoided being gang raped, or raped, or drugged, or becoming a prostitute, and finally got home. And that was the end. No benefits, no bit of extra story how she got back on her terrible boyfriend. So to play this game the way the dev intended, you are happy to see your MC raped, etc.

Getting an Error when trying to install the New DLC
Yes, I am using the Import option thru the game, Will get a Popup window saying "Failed to install DLC"
with the new game version 1.3.1 ?
Yes, now when unpacking; it still does not install the DLC
The Storyteller box in the Lower left does NOT light up unlike the Galactic Detour DLC
Getting the Error message again while importing thru Windowed mode
what Windows version are you on?
is your drive full?
try running the game as Admin and see if it installs

just use the Steam key you get with the Season pass and you can have the new DLC right away

the Season Pass on Steam has the new DLC already, so go play it there if you can't wait for it to come to itch.io
and YES you can activate the Steam Key even if the shop page is region blocked for you, so go try it out
